From the modern to the traditional, the old Bastakiya district, with its narrow lanes and tall wind-towers, provides a fascinating look at old Dubai.

Dubai is home to the largest mall in the world - Dubai Mall – with its variety of 1,200 shops to choose from. And if you’re looking for a break between shops, check out the Mall’s aquarium with over 33,000 marine species. Another amazing shopping experience is Mall of the Emirates, which is situated in Al Barsha district. Don’t forget the time-honored tradition of the Souk, with the narrow alleyways of the Spice Souk evoking the wonderful atmosphere and scents in this typical Arabian market. Nearby the Spice Souk is the Gold Souk, where negotiating a good bargain means to ask for the “best price”.
